Stephanie Simmons is an Owner/Associate Broker of Living Texas Realty Group, located in Nacogdoches. Her real estate career started in 2000, after graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a Minor in Business. She's had the honor of being voted one of Nacogdoches’ Best Realtors by the community for multiple years. She's enjoyed great success in selling homes, land & poultry farms. Stephanie is married to Nacogdoches Fire Captain, Steven Gutermuth. They have 3 children; Colton, Taylor & Megan Gutermuth. She is active in her community & sits on the board of the Nacogdoches Hero Foundation, local committees & a proud supporter of Tunnel to Towers among other organizations.
