Stephen Bounsanga is an International Marketing Specialist at Stirling Sotheby's International Realty's Orlando-Dr. Phillips Marketing Center.
Stephen's family is from Southeast Asia but he was raised right here in Central Florida. After graduation from Valencia College he put his pursuit of a degree in political science on hold to start a wholesale distribution business with his wife Lili, who is from China. That company - iHeartWireless - supplies a niche market and contracts with factory owners in Asia who supply cellular accessories to resellers in the U.S. Once that business became successful, Stephen diversified his portfolio which took him back to his childhood passion of buying and selling luxury real estate.
Soon after becoming licensed to sell real estate Stephen worked for an agency where he quickly became skilled at marketing luxury homes to international buyers and it has become his specialty. Stephen has earned certifications and designations as a Certified International Property Specialist, Sellers Representative, New Homes Co Broker Specialist and Luxury Property Specialist.
Stephen's strong entrepreneurial background and professional skills, along with his contacts and network of investors and business people throughout Southeast Asia, the U.S. and Canada, make him an asset to the luxury real estate business.
