About us
Dr. Carney is a primary care physician serving Encino and surrounding areas with more than 45 years of experience. He specializes in internal medicine, preventive care, and acute and chronic condition management. In his personal life, Dr. Carney is married and has two sons. In addition to being a lifelong martial artist for over 55 years, he has practiced tai chi for the last 10 years and integrates mindfulness meditation into all aspects of everyday life.
