About us
Stephen P. Fox, M.D. earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Medicine from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. Following an internship at St. Vincent Hospital Health Care Associates in Indianapolis, Indiana, Dr. Fox completed an ophthalmology residency at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is a board-certified surgeon and has professional affiliations with the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
