Traditional medicine focuses on germs and disease, with the standard treatment being the addition of chemicals in the form of medications into your system. These chemicals change the way your body works and causing side effects that can damage your body. Chiropractic focuses on the care and integrity of your nervous system. Your brain, spinal cord and nerves control every aspect of your body. A misalignment can cause nerve tissues to stretch or become irritated, causing distortion of the signals between brain and body.
