About us
Stepping Stone of Wilkes is a medically-assisted opiate addiction treatment program. This means we help those who are addicted to opiates such as heroin, morphine, Oxycontin, oxycodone, and other prescription painkillers through a combination of medication and counseling. We use methadone and buprenorphine, two medications that safely and effectively alleviate the symptoms of opiate withdrawal.
