In operation for over 37 years, Sterling Engineering Inc. is an independent professional services firm. We work well with local municipal planners, state & local governments and all other agencies. We offer signature and recording services for all subdivision plats we prepare for our clients. We also specialize in commercial site planning, drainage studies and utility design.Our construction staking services are second to none.We can survey your property, prepare your subdivision plat, prepare ALTA surveys, Plot Plans, Boundary Surveys, etc.We also offer Information Technology Support & Copying Services up to 30"x42" size.
