Reiki: Reiki is a modality for easing discomfort, restoring balance and sustaining health through a refined, ancient art of hands-on-healing. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words: R.E.I. which means “God’s Wisdom or the Higher Power” and KI, which is “life force energy.” So, Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy.” Acupuncture: Acupuncture is a complete health-care system. It involves the stimulation of specific points on the body, which in turn stimulates and balances the natural chemicals in the brain, optimizing the body’s ability to heal injury, illness and dysfunction.
