The yellow pages, local media advertising and point of sale signs are also included in the marketing plan. Foundation systems are available and include a certificate that will qualify the home with land property for FHA lending. (No stem-wall needed) Vinyl or stone/block skirting options are also available. I offer new replacement homes with lot preparation, block skirting and steps. A ten year warranty is included with our homes. As the buyer you can customize the home to meet your specifications and decor choices. We are an authorized Redman and Champion Homes factory direct licensed and bonded dealer. *Removal and disposal of older homes from your lot is available, charges will vary.
