There is an important difference between plaintiff attorneys, who represent the person who has been hurt, and defense lawyers or general litigation firms, who defend wrongdoers who have violated standards of care in injuring others, and their insurance companies. Unlike many firms, as a matter of philosophy we do not represent insurance companies. We accept only plaintiff cases. We side with people and small businesses 100 percent of the time.
