Steven Pham is a board-certified nurse practitioner with the Division of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R). His primary practice is located at the University of Utah Farmington Health Center in close collaboration with Dr. Tyler Clark. He completed his baccalaureate and doctoral program at the University of Utah, graduating in 2021. He worked in critical care and the emergency department for more than 7+ years, providing care to neurology and neurosurgical patients before pursuing a career with PM&R.
