Biography
Jay has 30 years of experience in litigating thousands of personal injury and workers compensation cases. He has been successful for thousands of his clients either by jury verdict or negotiated settlement. Jay was born in Nashville, TN in 1955. Jay graduated in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville, TN. Graduated in 1982 with a Doctorate of Jurisprudence degree from the Nashville School of Law. Admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1982.

Admitted to practice in the U.S. Federal Trial and Appellate Courts, and all Tennessee Circuit and Chancery, Appellate, and Supreme Courts.
