Our experience at Stoneleigh-Burnham was awful! We were told our daughter would be placed in a language class in 7th grade and it never happened. She was put in a class called Exploring Languages taught by a teacher who couldn't speak the languages. The humanities teacher didn't correct her work for the first two months of school because he said he had been tired. When we called or e-mailed to meet with someone on two different occasions, no one responded. The lack of responsiveness to any questions we had was huge. We took our daughter out of school after two months. I sincerely recommend another middle school if it's a challenging educational environment you are looking for!
