Seneca Storage Facility, Storage 1 is committed to providing you with the best service and storage solutions available. Storage 1 is a full-service storage facility that opened in 2008 with a commitment to provide clean, convenient, secure and affordable solutions for Seneca, South Carolina and the surrounding areas in Oconee County. We expanded our facility in 2017 which doubled our space. We now house 486 units – 450 storage units and 36 boat and RV sites – to meet all of your storage needs!

Storage 1 comes highly recommended and we take pride in the stellar service we provide to our customers. The services offered at our storage facility include standard and climate controlled storage units, storage for boats, RVs and campers, U-Haul rentals, moving supplies and more.
