Come see us and let us find a way to fulfill your storage needs. At this location, our facility manager Terrance will help you find a climate control unit in whatever size you need. We feature freight-sized elevators and storage carts to help you get from your vehicle to your unit with ease. Watson & Taylor has been serving communities for over 30 years. Our first location was in Addison, Texas which is also home to our Corporate Office. Over the years, Watson & Taylor has expanded operations, and today, we proudly manage 40 self storage properties in 7 states - and we are still growing! Please be aware that a one-time administrative fee of $19 will be due at move-in. Insurance is a condition of the lease (you may use your existing homeowner's/renter's insurance or purchase SAFESTOR INSURANCE at the time of move-in). Any other offers or discounts are not valid with a SPAREFOOT reservation.
