About us
StretchLab Del Mar is a boutique wellness studio offering one-on-one assisted stretching sessions to enhance flexibility, mobility, and overall movement. We offer 25-minute and 50-minute assisted stretching sessions, with many members visiting 1-3 times a week, depending on their goals. Our expert stretch practitioners create customized stretch programs that allow for deeper, more effective stretches, targeting specific muscle groups to improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery. StretchLab is for everybody and Every Body! Whether you're an athlete, someone who sits all day, recovering from an injury, or just looking to move better — StretchLab is for you.
