This salon is atrocious on many levels. The facilities are poor, the service is deplorable and the staff are unprofessional, inept and abusive if you do not stroke their unwarranted egos. Their ability to style and/or color hair is marginal at best however be warned do not provide feedback if it is not glowing. They will verbally abuse and ridicule you in front of customers. Don't think to go to the owner John because he is afraid of his employees and will quietly move you out the door with half hearted offers to discount the price for the mess they will have make of your hair. I don't want to single out FRANK as this may lead you to believe the rest of the staff is competent.

My experience at this place was HORRIBLE. As friendly as the staff was they completely ruined my hair. I told my hair stylist very specifically what I wanted for my hair, and she proceeded to do exactly the opposite. I walked out of there with my hair chopped off in a very unflattering manner. They charged me $50 dollars for a haircut I hated. I will never go back and I advise no one else to go either.
