Subway sandwich maker, NOT customer service Oriented. CAUTION, This Subway location does not accept Subway Gift Cards. If you and your family are subway customers and are stretched for time, thinking that you can use the gift card given to you as a gift & fill up at Cumberland Farms at the same time. Think again. This subway location does have a sign posted in the glass in front of the vegitable/toppings section. It is surrounded by other adverstisements, therefore camflouged. Additionally, the sign is in a poor location as the 1st thing a potential subway customer does when walking into a subaway shop.....is to look up at the menu. The potential customer doesnt look down till later to view and make a selection for sub toppings. At this point, if the Customer then sees the notice, may feel committied to making a purchase. Dont, walk a way and leave the items behind. If the Gift card isnt good enough to be accepted, then either is your money. I found this to be very inconvienent. Regarding other Subway sandwich shops, I have had nothing but great Customer Satisfaction. As I close this review, I believe if Donkun Donuts can set up shop in every nook and cranny (Sunoco) and except there gift cards.......then subway should should standardize too.
