Carolyn makes exercising fun with the Zumba Gold class. Her choice of music is wonderful and makes the dance moves easy to follow and so much fun! You do not have to be afraid you will make a mistake as the purpose is just to have a good time. Carolyn is a terrific instructor. I have had many Zumba instructors and she is one of the best!
