About us

Dr Suma Chand is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). She was trained at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Therapy and Research, Philadelphia, and is a fellow of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies.
Dr Chand runs CBT clinics, serving adult and geriatric patients with depression, anxiety disorders (panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, phobias), obsessive compulsive disorder, acute and post-traumatic stress disorder, insomnia and eating disorders. Her CBT clinic is recognized as a regional clinic of the National Social Anxiety Center.
She is a professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience at Saint Louis University.
