Sunair Awnings & Solar Screens is a business I regret using every time I fax a PO to them, but I have no choice, as they are the only company I have found that sells the hardware I require for my shade systems. On no less than 3 occasions did I indicate customer pick up on my PO, and it was sent UPS, which of course cost me extra money. Also, on several occasions, I received late notices for unpaid purchases. I wrote a letter to the company noting how inappropriate those notices were when I had never been mailed invoices in the first place as my business is more than capable of paying on time. I did receive a call from a representative, which I appreciated, and she told me invoices were sent with the shipment. I told her that I was getting the shipment log, but not the invoices. I took her word for it, but sure enough my next shipment did not include the invoice. I called back and had to request that it be emailed to me. I have now received invoices with my packages, but it has been left out more than once since. It's a waste of my time to have to get on a company to do their jobs, and I don't really like the you're being annoying tone that some sales reps have given me when I've called to straighten out the invoices. Whatever happened to the customer is always right mindset? I don't like calling you either.
