I made the mistake of staying at the Sunapee Harbor Cottages without reading any online reviews, and let me tell you this was a serious mistake. I have since gone back and read reviews at places like battlefieldbiker.com and travelpost.com and found out that our terrible experience has been replicated by many others who have made the mistake of staying at this place.

Just beware that if you choose the Sunapee Harbor Cottages you could be subjected to the whims of the worst and rudest proprietor I have run across in many years of travel. The reviews summarize the likelihood that you will be stalked and harassed (one girl wrote about her wedding being ruined by the proprietor) and that you will have to fight to have your security deposit returned, amongst other inconveniences.

The Sunapee area is great, so go, but before you book at the Sunapee Harbor Cottages read some of the other available testimony and stay somewhere else!
