About us
SunHost Resorts is a family run operation started in 1982 as Tolliver's Beach Condos. Over the years we have grown to now manage over 100 units along the Gulf Beaches of Tampa Bay. SunHost also manages the condominium associations for Surf Song Resort and Beach Place.
Day to day operations are still run by Tim & Larry Tolliver and their wives Tracy & Maryann along with a dedicated staff, many of whom have been with SunHost for 8 years or more.
One thing you can count on with the Tolliver's and SunHost Resorts, is that you will receive the best service and most modern and comfortable accommodations for your beach vacation.
