I was a customer (PMB) there for many years, then the management changed. The new management is careless, and sloppy in their work. They have delivered other peoples mail to my PMB (personal mail box). When I complain, I am told if you don't like it, go somewhere else. I have not received some of my mail too. They have probably put some of my mail into the wrong PMB. I had to pay a late fee on a credit card, and had my interest rate increased due to not receiving statements. I was also given a package that was not mine. I am only one of many ex-customers.I have asked to be put in contact with the actual owner several times, they refuse. They don't want the owner to hear about the problems. You will regret doing business with this place.
