Paid over $3,000 for a pellet stove in Mid May. I was told it would take one month to come in and installation would be a couple of weeks after that. After the first 6 weeks of waiting, no call from them. I called after 2 months, I was told...Its going to be end of July. I called then, No actually it will be late August. The latest news is that I'll get it by winter. Note: I had to initiate every contact. They did not call me once with any info or at least a courtesy call. I realize this is a hectic year for pellet stove sales, but the customer service is very poor, they are sitting on over three grand of my money and winter is coming. Calls made to them in Bangor often do not get returned as well. Id think twice before doing any business with them.
