Sunset Resort MHP in Mesa is a park that used to be good, but the last 5 years or so after Jamal bought it has become a haven for criminals. People have been complaining about this place for years! And it's still the same complaints. As long as Jamal owns it & Manny & Jeff work here things won't change. Tweakers walking around, prostitutes renting trailers & running their business out of them, sex offenders live here & one of them is a pedophile! Wouldn't feel safe having my grandkids here for a visit, big dogs running around without leashes & pooping on peoples properties & the owners aren't made to clean up after them, most of the washers & dryers are always broke, the pool is closed half the time because they don't clean it, the riff raff are allowed on other peoples property & Manny says it's ok & to deal with it, people are having a hard time selling their trailers because of the clutter the park managers favorites have under their carports...
