The two best things about Supercuts are the prices (reasonable but not extraordinarily low) and the fact that they are open on Sundays. In terms of expertise, some of the girls (and in Bedford, they are almost all girls, not women) are very good with women, some are pretty good and some are on another planet. It helps to make sure your hairdresser knows exactly what you want in advance but even then, it's a bit of a gamble. Forget about men's (or boys' haircuts); Supercuts claims to be unisexual but I have yet to see them do a good job on a male. I'm not sure why, because there isn't that much difference. Maybe the local barbers pay them to screw up a lot. Pleasant people and a good location. No coat hooks, for some reason, so don't go in the winter or leave your coat in the car.
