SuperShuttle is not a good service. Being from the East Coast, I used Super Shuttle for a few years to get between DIA and Boulder for work and I have never been happy with their service. They were, unfortunately, the only game in town until recently. Their drivers were rude and never on time.

I have recently used Green Ride Boulder shuttle service and it is remarkable to me the difference between those two services. Green Ride was professional, on time, and even helpful in giving me tips about travel, weekend events, etc. Just this one use has convinced me to be a Green Ride customer for life. They, as am I, are very heavily active in the green scene as their driver did not speed, did not accelerate or decelerate rapidly, and did not leave the car idling all in efforts to save gas. Something which I truly appreciate.

I strongly suggest that anyone needing shuttle service to DIA or Boulder use Green Ride Boulder and save yourself the hassle of using Super Shuttle.
