About us
Susan chose critical care as her specialty because it encompasses complex care for all of the body's systems. She enjoys helping her patients overcome a critical illness while providing support throughout their journey. Susan credits her family and especially her children for pushing her to pursue a career in medicine as she believes it is an honor being a role model to them. Susan is motived to come to work each day knowing she will have the opportunity to use critical thinking to care for her patients. Outside of work, she volunteers her time providing education to nursing staff. In her free time, she enjoys camping, going to the beach, dirt biking and running.
