Dr. Susan Downey offers her patients a superior experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, with the ultimate goal of restoring body form and function. When patients come into the office our first job is to obtain and provide information. There is no one approach to any problem in plastic surgery and each patient presents their own unique set of problems and concerns. Each patient's situation is addressed and a plan for each patient is individually devised.
