Susan Harman-Scott has been engaged in the practice of law in North Carolina since 1986. Her areas of practice include elder law, family law, estate planning and administration, guardianship, and general civil litigation including personal injury, wrongful death, contract matters, and real property disputes. Susan is a certified arbitrator; is a certified NCDRC Family Financial Mediator; is certified by the NCDRC to mediate before the Clerk, and is an Accredited Veterans Administration attorney.
