Suzanne Schrimscher did a phenomenal job in our house search. She presented us with a number of houses but did not overwhelm us like other have done.

She asked a lot of questions and did her research ahead of time so that she did not waste our time.

She was always on time, very detailed oriented and seemed like she knew everyone in the communities we considered. People like her and respect her and that made the deal go a lot faster and easier.

Thanks to Suzanne Schrimsher we now enjoy a beautiful home in a gorgeous community.
