Modern contemporary dining space serving traditional Japanese Kaiseki courses, table dining experience, and seasonal items from Japan. Kaiseki Ryori is the Japanese equivalent of Haute Course Cuisine. It is the traditional form of the Japanese fine dining experience, expressing the seasons with seasonal dishes. At SUZUKI, we update our menu seasonally with fresh ingredients available from the market.

At Suzuki, we set the menu to the Post Modern Meiji era, when Japan started to import goods from Europe and America. At SUZUKI, we update our menu seasonally with fresh ingredients available from the market. Our sushi and sashimi bar, SATSUKI, and Chef Toshio Suzuki have been awarded their second Michelin Star two years in a row, 2018 and 2019.
