This guy signed a lien that guaranteed payment to our office after a lawsuit regarding a patient settled. The patient came in and told us that the lien had settled, otherwise we would never have known. When we contacted Mr. Swartz, he lied to us and stated that it had never settled, changed his stories a few times and then hung up. I wouldn't want an attorney who didn't handle his responsibilities and his way of handling getting out of them was lying and hanging up, would you?
