You deserve to feel amazing! The interdisciplinary team at Synergy Integrative Health & Wellness is dedicated to helping people be (and feel!) their best selves again.
Synergy offers telehealth services in IL (in-person available in Oak Park) and specializes in preventive care, medical weight loss, thyroid optimization, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for women, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, nutritional counseling and holistic health coaching.
Synergy's team, led by a nurse practitioner with over two decades of experience, also includes a holistic health coach and a registered dietitian certified in integrative and functional nutrition. Synergy also partners with several talented and skilled psychotherapists for facilitation of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
We deliver personalized care through a functional lens and believe in a patient-centered, holistic approach to health care and strive to empower our patients to find and sustain holistic well-being.
