Synergy Running Club

A year round Youth Distance Running Club. We provide athletic opportunities for youth distance and middle-distance runners, ranging from novice to elite. With backgrounds in sport science, race strategy, and practical and progressive training, our coaches provide advanced training and specialized workout plans. Synergy takes advantage of our wonderful Southern California landscape by practicing in a diverse range of scenic trails, parks and fun locations. In addition, athletes are given the opportunity to compete in local, state, and national cross country, track and road races.
