The communication and customer service with TC Flooring was awful. The day our carpet was suppose to be installed no one showed up and when we called they said the carpet was stuck in Chicago and wouldnt be in until the following Monday and they couldnt install it until Wednesday. Not sure why they couldn't have called to let us know that?

After another phone call made by us they said they may be able to put it in on Monday. Monday rolls around and again no phone call from them on whether they would be there or not. After we called again they were very rude to my fiance and said we will try to be there on Wednesday.

All that was needed was some sort of communication, which they completely lacked. This caused multiple enormous inconveniences and they acted like they could care less. I will most definitely never us TC Flooring again and would not recommend them to anyone.
