As a Therapist, my philosophy is based on a client-centered approach focusing on establishing a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative space for the client. This process involves establishing respect and trust as the foundation for the therapist-client relationship. Once the therapeutic alliance is established, I assist each client in identifying, creating, and implementing their own specific plan of action to reach his/her treatment goals. I strive to create a space for each client to explore his/her thoughts, behaviors, relationship patterns, needs, and goals. I believe the therapeutic experience is a journey and creating an environment of respect, compassion, and unconditional positive regard allows each client to explore opportunities for positive change.

I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgian Court University and my Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Georgian Court University as well. I implement various therapeutic approaches based on the clients’ specific needs including but not limited to CBT, DBT, Solution focused, Family Systems therapies, and Reality Therapy.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and dogs. I am an exercise enthusiast attending kickboxing classes, boot camp classes, and running. I attend a variety of mindfulness trainings, seminars, and events. I enjoy practicing various eastern traditions including but not limited to meditation, QiGong, martial arts, and yoga. I believe in a holistic approach to life with a focus on self-care.
