At Founding Fathers Medical House Calls, we bring compassionate, high-quality primary care directly to the homes of elderly and homebound patients across Washington, D.C. and Maryland.
With over a decade of house call experience, I’ve seen how important it is for patients to remain in the comfort of their own homes while receiving the care they deserve. Too often, individuals are forced into programs or facilities just to access basic healthcare. That’s why we created a subscription-based model, designed for those who value personalized, continuous care at home.
Our program is limited to just 100 patients to ensure attention and quality.
