I spent a great deal of time learning under driven, motivated and accomplished agents. During this time, I took over a position that allowed me to manage the entire process with our buyers and sellers from loan pre approval to listing their homes... all the way through to their subsequent purchase. While my name is not on 100 sales last year I effectively coordinated and executed well over 40 transactions ! Considering the typical agent does 4 a year and a great agent does 2-3 a month, I'd say my participation speaks for itself.
