Tammy Helms is the proud owner and operator of “Tammy the Tarotist” a small but successful metaphysical and tarot reading business located in St. Paul. She is a highly empathic and intuitive reader who has been reading the tarot professionally for over 7 years and who has studied, researched, and practiced in the metaphysical arts for over 25 years. She is educated in or holds degrees in several fields of study including religion, the Tarot, business administration and management, business and contract law, life coaching, and psychology.

Tammy is also a life and spirit coach and offers coaching services as well as various other services including personal cleansings and blessings and astrology charts and readings. Tammy strives to provide her clients with affordable tarot readings that are very honest, insightful, and inspirational. She tries to give each client fresh new perspectives, a positive way forward, and/or the simple confirmation or guidance they may need or want.
