I work in Bala Cynwyd and received an advertisement for Venuto's on Rideg Ave. so I figured why not try it out especially since they had a Lunch special you would get 3 free garlic knots & a free can of soda with any $5.00 purchase. I placed the order online at 12:35 at 1:30 I called the store they said their webite gets messed up often & they did not get the order, great. I replaced the order the girl who took my order did not know about the current specials for my inconvience of 1.5 hours she did give me a free order of garlic knots. Where's my free soda? Food was average , nothing great. The delivery driver forgot to bring the receipt in for me to sign(I paid over the phone) The icing on the cake was when he stood there waiting fro a tip- hello the $1.50 charge for delivery is tip enough. I give then 2 stars out of 5. You would be better off going to Wendy's or KFC witha coupon you could eat for $3-4.00 not a whoping $11.53 lunch cost me oh & 2 hours of my time.
