Worst builder in Cincinnati. I am of the opinion Ryan Bryzgot and Tanner Custom Homes is quite possibly the worst builder in the Greater Cincinnati area. I would not have them build a dog house. Unorganized, unprofessional, and deceitful are the best ways to describe this company. Before we moved into a new home built by Tanner, we had to spend thousands of dollars to have the plumbing and gas lines replaced. We were charged for a new fireplace by Ryan Bryzgot, a complete crook, who installed a discontinued model which doesn't work and has broken and missing pieces. The exterior brick of our home consists of 2 different mortar colors. There are numerous cracks in the concrete in the driveway. The patio looks awful. Tanner screwed up the size of the patio and instead of tearing it out and redoing it the right way, they decided to add two sections to the original, done in a different color, so now the patio is 2 toned.
