A physical therapist-owned, unique practice located in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. The practice was developed with the intention of mixing both traditional exercise-based physical therapy and manual physical therapy techniques for more effective results in treatment. These techniques include myofascial release, joint mobilization, craniosacral therapy and massage therapy. Our highly trained staff works on a one-on-one basis to educate, offer hands-on treatment, and increase awareness for long-term lifestyle changes. We specializing in the following treatments: Physical Therapy, Trigger Point Dry Needling, Myofascial Release , Nutrition Counseling, Craniosacral Therapy, Yoga, Massage Therapy, Tune Up Physical Therapy: Before any treatment begins, the patient undergoes a thorough physical therapy evaluation. At that time we observe the patient's posture, gait, range and quality of movements. We will palpate the skin, muscles, bones, test strength, and sensation and listen for keys to a patient's past medical history. After the evaluation is completed, the patient and therapist develop a treatment plan. The treatment plan may include one or many of the different treatments available within the clinic.
