About us
Dr. Tara Cayton, MD, is a comprehensive ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery, glaucoma treatments (including laser and minimally invasive surgery), advanced dry eye disease, diabetic eye disease, and comprehensive eye care. She grew up in Pleasanton, CA and graduated from Macalester College in Minnesota magna cum laude with Bachelors of Arts in Chemistry and Japanese Language and Culture. She completed her medical doctorate at Penn State University College of Medicine, where she served as class president of the regional campus and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society.
