About us
My goal is to provide patient-centered, individualized, and holistic care for my patients. I believe that a focus and orientation towards mental wellness is more beneficial than addressing client's symptoms through a mental illness lens. Shared decision making and collaboration are important values in my practice in order to meet patients where they are at. Clinical assessments are performed as a piece to a larger puzzle. My intent is that patients learn more about themselves to integrate learned tools to cope and thrive in their lives.
