About us
Dr. Tasnim Choudhury is a Family Medicine physician who earned her bachelor's degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, in 2012, and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State The University of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan, in 2017. She completed her Family Medicine residency at Henry Ford Allegiance Health in Jackson, Michigan, in 2021. Dr. Choudhury joined Kelsey-Seybold in September 2021.
