Tauna is a compassionate mental health provider who partners with individuals to pursue total health. She helps patients honor the connection between life’s emotional and physical experiences, viewing each person holistically—not through the narrow lens of psychiatry alone.
Tauna creates a safe, judgment-free space for patients to share openly. She incorporates a wide range of modalities to support wellness and enjoys working with individuals who are striving to find balance in mind and body. She sees her role as helping people raise their bar—not settling for less than optimal mental and physical well-being.
