Taurean Baynard, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstructive surgery, with expertise in hip and knee replacements. He manages complex joint replacement and revision cases with a focus on restoring mobility and improving quality of life.

Dr. Baynard provides comprehensive care in hip and knee reconstruction, offering total and partial knee replacements, direct anterior total hip replacements and revision procedures. He also utilizes robotic-assisted joint replacement to enhance precision and outcomes.

Dr. Baynard’s approach to care centers on partnership and personalization. He believes the best outcomes come from collaboration between the patient, their family and the care team, and takes time to understand each patient’s individual goals and lifestyle.

Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Dr. Baynard enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, trying new restaurants and grilling.
