I have a new lease on life thanks to the work you guys did. I had no hope when starting, but now I have hope. I thought that I wasn't going to be able to have a normal future and that I was locked into a room with a key that was thrown away. I just figured the IRS was going to try to block any possible future I had. I never had to wonder what was happening, because even after I paid you what I owed for the service you kept giving me weekly updates. I can't tell you, truly how impressed I was with that.
